IIT HSEE 2010 Notification out !
IIT Madras has announced the entrance exam for Humanities and Social Sciences, 2010.
Date of entrance exam : Sunday, the 2nd May 2010.
Exam timing : 10 AM to 1 PM
Pattern of Exam: 2.1/2 hours of objective type questions administered through computer and 30 minutes of essay writing on paper
Online application will be issued from Dec 21, 2009 on IIT website www.hsee.iitm.ac.in
Last date for downloading online application : Jan 21, 2010.
Last date for submitting application to IIT Madras : Feb 1, 2010.
Exam fee: Rs 400 for female candidates and those belonging to SC/ST/PD categories and Rs 800 for all others
Exam centres: Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Madurai, Mumbai, New Delhi, Trichy and Thiruvananthapuram.

As time available is short, students are advised to complete the process early.
